What you get on your site
The plugin adds native pages to WordPress and WooCommerce. Data and calculations live on the platform; you work from wp-admin, your affiliates from their account.
Management in wp-admin
Under WooCommerce → AffiliateTracker you'll find affiliates, applications to approve, commissions, monthly statistics and the latest attributed orders, with CSV export.
Dashboard in My Account
Customers apply from the affiliate program entry in their account and, once approved, find their personal link, balance, history and campaign links. All in your theme's design.
Native WooCommerce coupons
Earned COIN become a standard WooCommerce coupon, with expiry and single use if you want them. It works with your other checkout plugins like any other coupon.
Classic and block checkout
Orders are captured from both the classic and the block-based WooCommerce checkout, without duplicates: each order is reported exactly once.
Levels and campaigns
Levels with a commission rate or COIN multiplier that grow with the orders an affiliate brings, and separate campaign links to see which of each affiliate's channels really sells.
No cron to set up
The plugin uses WP-Cron: every hour it creates queued discounts, reconciles orders that didn't arrive and reports revenue. No need to touch your hosting panel.

Activate your account and download the plugin
Sign up, connect your site from the customer area and get your API key. The plugin ZIP downloads from the same page.

Upload the plugin and paste the key
wp-admin → Plugins → Add New → Upload Plugin, then WooCommerce → AffiliateTracker: paste the key and the connection is live.

Why not just any affiliate plugin
A classic plugin stores affiliates and balances in the WordPress database: if you change platform or rebuild the site, the program has to be rebuilt from scratch, and with it the trust of affiliates who watch their history disappear.
With AffiliateTracker the ledger lives on the platform and the plugin is only the connection. If you move to PrestaShop or Shopify one day, you connect the new store and affiliates carry on with the same links and the same balances.
And your site stays light: the plugin adds no heavy tables and no calculations on every order. Commissions are calculated on the platform, which we keep up to date.
Frequently asked questions
Does it work with the WooCommerce block checkout?
Yes. The plugin captures orders from both the classic and the block checkout, and avoids duplicates: each order is reported to the platform exactly once.
Do I need to set up a server cron?
No. The plugin uses WP-Cron, which WordPress runs on its own: every hour it creates queued discounts, resends orders that didn't arrive and reports revenue.
Can guest customers be attributed to an affiliate?
Yes. For orders without an account the customer is recognised by email, so their later orders can stay tied to the affiliate who brought them, if you choose to attribute all of a customer's orders.
Can I run both influencers and word-of-mouth customers?
Yes. Influencers earn a commission in euros, with their own rate; customer affiliates earn COIN they turn into coupons on your site. Both live in the same program.
What happens when an order is refunded?
The status change reaches the platform and the commission becomes cancelled; any COIN are taken back from the affiliate's balance, with no manual work.
How much does it cost?
The price depends on your store's revenue and starts at €99 per month, VAT excluded. Every feature is included, with no per-affiliate fees and no percentage of your sales.
