How is my tier calculated?

On your store's revenue over the previous 12 months. You declare it at sign-up; the module then reads the real figure from your store and the plan adjusts at renewal — announced by email first.

Any activation costs?

Standard installation and configuration are included. If an existing program is particularly complex to migrate, we quote it upfront, in writing.

Am I locked in for years?

No: billing is monthly. And the data is yours — if you ever leave, you export everything. We'd rather keep you with service than with lock-in.

What if I change e-commerce platform?

Nothing traumatic: we connect the connector to the new platform and the program carries on with the same affiliates, balances and history. That's why the platform is built this way.
