affiliatetracker.it is a showcase website: it does not use advertising profiling cookies and browsing requires no registration. Technical logs of the hosting infrastructure (Vercel Inc.) are used solely to provide and secure the service.

Statistics (Google Analytics 4)

Only with your consent (cookie banner), we use Google Analytics 4 with anonymised IP for aggregate usage statistics. You can refuse or withdraw consent at any time: without consent no measurement script is loaded. Google Ireland Ltd. acts as a data processor; data may be transferred outside the EU on the basis of the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework.

If you write to us or sign up

By writing to support@i-creativi.com or signing up as a merchant you provide identification and billing data, processed to perform the contract and comply with legal obligations (legal basis: Art. 6.1.b and 6.1.c GDPR). We do not share it with third parties for marketing purposes nor use it for bulk mailing. Contractual data is retained for the statutory terms (10 years for tax documents).

The platform

For merchant customers, the processing of affiliate program data (affiliates, attributed orders, commissions) is governed by the terms of service and the related data processing agreement (Art. 28 GDPR), under which i-creativi acts as processor on behalf of the merchant controller. Data resides in datacenters within the European Union.
