Switching e-commerce platform
The program lives on the platform: the store can change.
If you move for example from PrestaShop to WooCommerce (or, soon, Shopify), the new store is connected to your account, the connector is installed and the old one is switched off.
Stays intact: affiliates and codes, COIN balances, commission history, levels and settings.
Good to know: affiliate links must be updated to the new domain (codes don't change), discounts already generated stay in the old store and customer-affiliate bonds are rebuilt on the first order in the new one. We handle the migration, it's included.
